Sala’o makes weekday happy hour in Little Havana especially easy for salsa-curious visitors: the restaurant pairs free salsa classes with cocktails, Cuban food, and live music. It is a casual way to try salsa in a social restaurant setting rather than a formal studio.
The free classes happen during Monday-Friday happy hour from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Sala’o also features live Latin/Cuban music, nightly performances, tropical dancers, DJs, and the Cuban seafood atmosphere the restaurant builds around its Hemingway-inspired identity.
The salsa happy hour runs weekly at Sala’o Cuban Restaurant & Bar on Southwest 8th Street in Miami. Salsa classes are free, happy hour includes 2-for-1 cocktails, and parking may include valet or nearby street parking depending on the day.
