About this event
La Salsa Del Pueblo is a weekly Wednesday-night salsa gathering in Lisbon’s Anjos neighborhood, hosted at BUS – Paragem Cultural.
Since 2022, the collective has been meeting from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, turning the space into a true “salsa cave” with a deep love for the legacy of New York–born salsa. The night leans into mambo, boogaloo, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, with a special focus on active listening and musical appreciation alongside the dancing. It’s a community-forward atmosphere where the stories behind the sounds are part of the experience.
Entry is a €3 contribution, plus BUS membership. A daily membership costs €1, or an annual membership costs €5; existing members should bring their card.
