Official Latin Tropical Stage After Party: Salsa & Bachata

The Official Latin Tropical Stage After Party brings an evening of live salsa, bachata and Latin music to Blanco Urban Venue in downtown San Jose on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Organized by Rhythm City Promotions in collaboration with San Jose Jazz, the party gives dancers a place to keep moving after the outdoor music and dancing at the Latin Tropical Stage during the San Jose Jazz Summer Fest.

Doors open at 8:00 PM, with dancing across two floors. Orquesta Taíno performs live salsa on the main floor, while DJ Santos Lopez plays salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton.

The rooftop features bachata music by DJ Nokturnal throughout the night. A bachata class led by Noelani from Studio M gives guests an approachable way to begin before the social dancing gets underway.

Advance tickets are $20, with admission available at the door for $25. The event is open to guests age 21 and older, and a valid ID is required.
