About this event
Mizzou Latin Dance Club presents a free three-hour bachata and salsa workshop at Memorial Union in Columbia, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
The event begins with bachata basics from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by salsa basics from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Practice and social dancing run from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, giving participants time to use the steps covered during the lessons and dance with others.
The workshop takes place in Room N214 A and is free with advance RSVP.
Metered visitor parking is available near Memorial Union, with covered parking structures on Hitt Street and University Avenue. The building also provides accessible entrances, elevators and nearby ADA parking.
