Sin Censura Anniversary Weekender

Sin Censura Anniversary Weekender brings three days of salsa training, workshops, social dancing and community events to the San Francisco Bay Area from August 14 through August 16, 2026.

Guest artists Paula and Mateo Popayán from Colombia lead an intensive bootcamp on Friday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The bootcamp focuses on learning a short routine, with participants given the option to perform alongside the artists during Saturday night’s social.

Open-level workshops continue on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, covering footwork, partnerwork, improvisation and musicality.

Saturday evening shifts into the class and social at Danzhaus SF beginning at 9:00 PM, giving dancers plenty of time to practice and enjoy the floor after the daytime training.

The weekend wraps up on Sunday with a pool party in the East Bay from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Pass options include a $160 full pass, a $100 package covering either the bootcamp or workshops plus socials, and a $30 social pass. Individual workshops and single-event admission are also available.
