About this event

Boston Dance Alliance and The Esplanade Association present a free Bachata & Merengue class with Anara Frank of Meta Movements at Hatch Grove in Boston on Monday, August 17, 2026.

It runs from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Anara leads a 60-minute class focused on bachata and merengue, followed by free food and beverages from a local restaurant so participants can stay, socialize and connect after dancing.

The class is part of Boston Dance Alliance’s International Moves and Food summer series, which highlights different dance traditions in a supportive, community-focused setting. Advance registration is encouraged so participants can receive updates in case of weather-related changes or cancellation.
