About this event

This one-off live Salsa and Mambo concert with DJs and social dancing takes place on 28 November 2026 at Cobalt Studios in Newcastle upon Tyne. Doors open at 7:00 PM, music generally starts at 8:00 PM, and the event ends at 10:00 PM.

Orchestra Mambo International is a 13-piece Latin big band performing mambo, Salsa dura and Afro-Cuban jazz. Its musicians come from Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, Brazil and the UK. DJ Lubi and Santa Leticia also provide music.

Tickets cost £12 to £16. Cobalt Studios has a licensed bar, and ticket purchases support its community arts program.
