¡Salsa! at Esperanza Arts Center

On Saturday, September 19, 2026, Esperanza Arts Center presents ¡SALSA! at Teatro Esperanza, bringing together dancers Ashley Rivera and Elian Gomez with Siempre Salsa All Stars for an interactive afternoon that celebrates the roots and evolution of salsa music and dance.

The program spotlights both performance and conversation, with Rivera and Gomez featured in dance. Guests will also have a chance to learn some basic steps before the room opens up into a dance-floor experience.

Live music comes from Siempre Salsa All Stars, featuring vocalist Carlos Sanchez and four-time Grammy winning artist Willie Torres, for a social that’s built around a full, live-orchestra salsa sound.

Doors are set for 3:00 PM, with the event running until 5:00 PM. General admission is $20, with free admission for students and seniors (60+).

Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the Teatro lobby, courtesy of Esperanza Arts Center’s official concession partner, Helados Chupi Chupi. This event is part of VOCES, Esperanza Arts Center’s series highlighting Latin American culture and traditions, with this season’s focus presented under ¡BAILE!
