Extremos Salsa Classes at VROG

Extremos holds salsa classes at VROG in central Amsterdam on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 19:00 to 22:10. The regular program is for dancers at Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2 and Advanced levels, not first-time beginners.

Classes teach cross-body On1 salsa, also known as LA style. The timetable also includes Body Movement and Musicality classes, giving experienced students time to work on movement and musical interpretation alongside partnerwork.

Classes are available with a membership or punch card. A single drop-in costs €18, and memberships start at €55 per month with a 12-month commitment. A try-out class costs €5. You do not need to bring a partner, as partners rotate during class.
