Extremos teaches salsa on Friday evenings at Mr. de Wit in Amsterdam’s De Baarsjes neighborhood. Beginners 1 starts at 19:00, Intermediate 1 at 20:05 and Intermediate 2 at 21:10, with the final class ending at 22:10.

The classes teach cross-body On1 salsa, also known as LA style. Beginners 1 requires no previous dance experience. You do not need to bring a partner, and partners rotate during class.

The six-week beginner course costs €119. Intermediate students can attend with a membership or punch card; memberships start at €55 per month with a 12-month commitment. A try-out class costs €5. Reserve your class through Bueno and check the current timetable for your level and any temporary changes.
