SOB’s Presents: ¡Baila Bachata! Dance Class & Happy Hour

SOB’s presents ¡Baila Bachata!, a bachata-focused happy hour and dance night combining food, drinks, instruction, and social dancing in New York City.

Doors open at 6:00 PM, giving guests time to settle in with cocktails and dinner before the dance portion begins. At 7:00 PM, Arbaaz Mehdi of Piel Canela Dance leads a bachata class designed to get guests moving and comfortable on the floor.

After the lesson, the evening continues in a social-style format with Latin music and dancing through 10:00 PM.

Admission ranges from free to $25. Free entry is available with RSVP for guests arriving between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, subject to venue capacity, while paid priority tickets provide guaranteed admission with arrival permitted anytime during the event.

Tables with dinner and drink service are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a minimum food or beverage purchase required for seated guests.

Held at SOB’s, one of New York City’s longtime Latin music venues, the night offers an easy mix of bachata instruction, social dancing, dinner, and drinks for both newcomers and regular dancers.
