Pink Marathon 2026

About this event

Pink Marathon 2026 returns for its fifth edition from October 23–25, 2026, bringing a full weekend of salsa, mambo, and social dancing to downtown Toulouse.

Organized by the Pink Bugalu Team, the marathon is built around a warm, community-focused atmosphere that welcomes both newer and experienced dancers. Across the weekend, participants can enjoy approximately 35 hours of dancing, with three evening socials on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and two daytime socials on Saturday and Sunday.

The event takes place in a comfortable downtown venue featuring a large wooden dance floor, cozy seating around the dance space, and a separate room dedicated to eating, relaxing, and socializing between dances.

An international DJ lineup keeps the floor moving with salsa, mambo, guaguancó, charanga, cha-cha-cha, son, pachanga, and more. The weekend also includes dedicated discussion sessions exploring different facets of the salsa world.

Brunch is included on Saturday and Sunday, with complimentary snacks available throughout the day and night to help dancers recharge between sessions.

Attendance is limited to approximately 75 leaders and 75 followers to help maintain a balanced social floor. Participants receive wristbands indicating their preferred dance role and can switch between leading and following throughout the weekend.

Weekend passes are available for individual leaders and followers as well as couples registering together.

Official photographers and videographers may capture images during the event for Pink Bugalu’s promotional use. Participants who prefer not to appear in photos or videos can notify the organizers, and requests regarding identifiable images can be sent to pinkbugalu31@gmail.com.
