About this event

A lo cubano is Sala Cubana’s monthly Cuban salsa social in Lisbon, hosted by Roberto Lauermann, inviting the community to share a night of 100% Cuban music, dancing, and timba.

It takes place at Jazzy Dance Studios in Santos on the last Saturday of each month in the confirmed October–December 2026 programme, running from 19:00 to 23:00.

Upcoming confirmed editions are Saturday, 31 October 2026; Saturday, 28 November 2026; and Saturday, 26 December 2026. The 26 December 2026 edition is marked as Roberto’s birthday celebration.

On 31 October, the programme starts with a solo steps class with Paulo Encarnação from 19:00 to 20:00, followed by the DJ social from 20:00 to 23:00.

Tickets are €7 online and €10 at the door. Advance tickets are available through Sala Cubana’s event page, and the programme and availability may vary by date.
