Bachata Viva Wednesday Classes at Dancestar Academy

About this event

Bachata Viva HK offers weekly bachata partnerwork classes at Dancestar Academy in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with Foundation and Level 2 options for dancers at different stages of their learning.

Classes take place every Wednesday, with Level 2 beginning at 7:30 PM, followed by Foundation at 8:30 PM.

The Foundation program rotates through eight topics, covering essential bachata skills such as basic steps and groove, turns, frame and partner connection, body isolations, and waves.

No partner is required, and partners rotate during classes, giving students opportunities to practice with different dancers.

A single class costs HK$180, while first-time students can attend a trial class for HK$100.

An eight-class pass costs HK$1,300 and is valid for two months. University students under 25 can purchase a discounted eight-class pass for HK$600 with a valid student ID.

Walk-ins are welcome at reception, and dancers unsure of their appropriate level can contact Winson for guidance.
