La Campana – Salsa Saturdays at Rouge is a reimagining of the iconic 1990s Spanish restaurant and salsa club that shaped Sydney’s Latin scene.
Now back every Saturday night, it brings an energetic mix of salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, and timeless Latino party anthems to the heart of Darling Harbour.
The night features a 2 salsa to 2 bachata rotation all evening, with a touch of merengue, cumbia, and more after 11:00 PM. On the decks, DJ Rafa Sánchez keeps the floor moving, while live performances by Edwin Rojas from Colombia add authentic Latin flair.
Rouge, located behind Café Del Mar, offers a stylish yet vibrant atmosphere, perfect for dancing and socialising. Guests can enjoy free entry before 8:30 PM, with $10 cash or $12 card entry after. A dress code applies.
