Copenhagen Bachata Congress 2026

Copenhagen Bachata Congress runs October 2 to 4, 2026, in neighboring rooms at AFUK and GAME Streetmekka in Copenhagen. The main congress begins Friday at 6:00 PM and continues through 2:00 AM on Monday, with a separate optional preparty at Valby Kulturhus on October 1.

The weekend offers more than 30 hours of Bachata workshops, Friday through Sunday preparty workshops, three social parties, and optional four-hour women’s and men’s styling tracks. BachaZouk faculty adds cross-style content to the workshop program.

Instructors are Aitor; Angelica; Alba; Adriana; Jomante; Tonio; Leandro; Daniel; Masa & Polina; Benjamin & Sara. Friday features a grand opening show, while Saturday hosts the preliminaries and final for a major European qualifier for the 2027 Bachata Social World Cup.

Up to three leaders and three followers can qualify for the Geneva finals.

The Early Bird Full Pass is €150. The current Full Pass is €170 sale or €180 regular, and the Party Pass is €90; the styling tracks are separate add-ons that require a Full Pass.

A coffee shop and bar sell drinks throughout the day and night, and lunch is available for purchase on site. Public transport, bicycles, and taxis are recommended for reaching the venue complex.
