Tampere Timbera 2026 is a Cuban-only salsa festival presented by Tampere Social Dancing. This 3-day event features top-tier artists, live music, and vibrant parties, offering a deep dive into Afro-Cuban dance traditions. Attendees can learn from world-class instructors such as Yusimi Moya Rodriguez, Yusniel ‘Soca’ Socarras, and Roynet & Satu.
Workshops cover Afro technique, Orishas, Son, Rueda de Casino, and Reggaeton, with many sessions accompanied by live percussion from Ricardo Padilla, Vili Mustalampi, and Tero Bombero. Evening socials include an Opening Party on Friday, a Grand Party on Saturday, and a Closing Party on Sunday, featuring DJs like DJ Puxa² and DJ Pies Locos.
The festival offers an opportunity to experience the rich musicality and rhythms of Cuba in Tampere.
