Salsa Loca Strasbourg presents Carnaval Salsa Loca 13, an event where the excitement of Carnival merges with salsa rhythms. Held at CSC Victor Schoelcher in Strasbourg, the evening features Cuban and Puerto Rican salsa, bachata, and zouk, along with a grand rueda.
