About this event

Salsa Therapy in Wellington offers a full suite of Cuban Salsa classes every Monday evening, catering to dancers of all levels. Instructors Lilia and Corina guide participants through progressive learning in a fun and inclusive atmosphere.

Classes are structured across four levels: Beginners Level 1, Beginners Level 2, Intermediate, and Advanced. The classes follow an 8-week term structure, allowing students to build coordination, rhythm, connection, and confidence over time. All sessions take place at the centrally located Taurima Studio in Te Auaha.
