2014 SF Salsa Congress Happening This Weekend!

Are you ready for the biggest salsa event of the year? The 2014 SF Salsa Congress is coming to the Bay Area this weekend, starting off with a kickoff party tonight at the Oakland Marriott Convention Center.

If you’ve never been to the SF Salsa Congress before, it is a 4-day long salsa festival held every year at the Oakland Marriott Hotel. The event attracts over 3,000 dancers from around the world for 4 days of non-stop dancing.

The event kicks off on Thursday night with dancing, live music, and performances at the Oakland Marriott. Then the party continues from Friday through Saturday, with dance workshops by professional instructors every day from 10am-4pm, amazing dance shows by some of the best dancers in the world, and social dancing until 4am in the morning every night.
