Live salsa bandds every Friday night at Club Anton in Oakland near Jack London Square. Upcoming bands include Avance (playing 12/14, 1/11/13), Orq Evolucion (playing 12/21), and Julio Bravo (playing 12/7, 12/21, 12/28 1/4, 1/18). Good Peruvian food until 11pm!

nice decor and atmosphere in a cool part of Oakland 2 blocks from the Bay and Jack London Square. Small dance floor and it is not a wooden dance floor so can be hard to do turns and move fast unfortunately. Good live bands, nice bar and lighting. Friendly. Better than sitting home and better than spending more on a movie out!

Best sound of the live salsa bands inside the bar. Excellent location for East Bay dancer’s hang out w/o crossing the bridge.
