Salsa Series With Darwin
Overview:
There are two salsa series with Darwin Tengco, instructor at Susan’s Dance Studio. The first salsa series is an 8 week Beginner class series from May 23 – July 11 7:15pm – 8:15pm every Tuesday. (Drop ins available)
The second salsa series is a 10 week Intermediate class series from May 16 – July 11 8:15pm –
9:20pm every Tuesday. (Drop ins available) All series are held at Susan’s Dance Studio in San Jose.

Awesome instructor. Really try to help you out to be a better overall dancer. Love the class.
This is a great class. The beginner class is what you’d expect from a beginner class to get your basics right with a simple enough pattern. The intermediate class is great if you are an intermediate dancer, and want to learn an interesting and challenging pattern. Whether you are a lead or a follow, you’re gonna learn something from this series.
Salsa lessons with Darwin have been a game changer for my salsa journey. Darwin is not only passionate about dance, but takes great pride in seeing his students improve and advance in their salsa skill. I have attended his Tuesday salsa lessons and take part in his amateur student salsa team, Eleguá. If you want to learn to dance from an instructor who not only can teach, but also has amazing, and I mean amazing social dance skill, lessons with Darwin would be an invaluable and entertaining addition to your salsa education.
I have been on a journey to learn enjoy salsa dancing for about 7 months now. Lessons with Darwin Tengco have been a game changer in my journey to improve. I first was introduced to Darwin’s lessons by a good friend who already is very skilled in latin dance. The first class I attended was entertaining and challenging. It is impossible to not notice the passion Darwin has for dance. He enjoys seeing his students improve and grow in their dance skill. His experience in salsa/bachata performance combined with amazing social dancing skills are what continue to inspire me to attend his classes and amateur team practices. If you are wanting to learn how to perform on state or wow in a social dance setting, classes with Darwin would be an invaluable step in your journey.
Wonderful instructor. I have never danced in my life until I met him! He is very motivating and will not let you give up until you mastered it! 10 stars for darwin
