About this event

Unity Mambo Experience returns to Sydney from July 16 to 18, 2027, at Albert Palais in Leichhardt.

The event keeps its workshops in one room, with teachers and participants following a shared progression from Afro-Cuban roots through mambo technique and fusion.

Friday focuses on folklore, rumba, and son with live percussion. Saturday develops mambo foundations and social technique, while Sunday introduces more advanced material and related styles.

Guest artist Misaki will also create the choreography for a separately ticketed performance bootcamp presented with live music.

Friday and Saturday socials run from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with DJs Pizza, Chia, and El Padrino. Saturday also includes a live band.

The full pass includes all three days of workshops and both party nights. The performance bootcamp requires a separate ticket.
