About this event

The Ruíidera Weekend returns to Zürich from 24 to 26 October 2025, offering an authentic old-school salsa experience for dancers who love live music.

Hosted at the historic Zunfthaus Weisser Wind, the event features only original vinyl and live instrumental sets—no laptops, ensuring a warm, analog sound throughout the weekend.

Attendees will enjoy mambo, son, chacha, guaguancó, and boogaloo, carefully selected to highlight the roots of salsa and its musical heritage.

The event is designed for dancers, providing excellent acoustics and a perfect parquet wooden floor for balance and comfort. Ruíidera Weekend delivers a weekend of music, connection, and dance in an intimate, high-quality setting.
