Train in authentic Salsa Caleña with world champions Camila and Nelson Maldonado in this dynamic 3-day intensive. Direct from Cali, Colombia, this workshop is designed to elevate your skills in footwork, partnerwork, and performance-level tricks.
Each day targets a different core area of salsa caleña:
- Day 1 focuses on footwork technique, speed, balance, musicality, and choreography.
- Day 2 develops partnerwork fundamentals like clear leading and following, prepping and transitioning between moves, and building strong connection and teamwork.
- Day 3 dives into lifts and tricks with a step-by-step focus on safety, progressive techniques, and classic Cali-style performance elements.
Dancers can choose to join individual days or enroll in the full weekend for comprehensive training. Whether you’re looking to improve social dancing skills or boost your stage presence, this workshop offers expert instruction in a high-energy, supportive environment.
