¡Baila Bachata! Dance Class & Happy Hour

On Friday, May 8, 2026, SOB’s presents ¡Baila Bachata! Dance Class & Happy Hour, a brand-new after-work hang built around dinner, drinks, and bachata dance classes.

Doors open at 6:00pm, with bachata classes starting by 7:00pm, giving guests plenty of time to settle in, grab a bite, and ease into the night. Entry is free with an RSVP from 6:00–6:30pm (free entry not guaranteed and subject to venue capacity). For anyone arriving later, tickets are available online for priority entry, with entry available anytime between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.

The class is led by Arbaaz Mehdi of Piel Canela Dance, making it a great pick for dancers who want a guided start before the rest of the evening unfolds. Tables with drink and dinner service are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hosted at SOB’s, a longtime New York City Latin venue founded in 1982, this happy hour is designed for a lively, social night out in a classic club setting.
