Baila New York
Salsa Festival
About this event
Baila New York is a three-day Afro-Caribbean dance festival taking place June 19-21, 2026 at Location05 in New York City.
The weekend brings Salsa/Mambo, Cuban dance, Bachata, Konpa and Kizomba into one program, with workshops, concerts, parties and social dancing centered near Hudson Yards. The workshop lineup includes tracks for Salsa, Casino, Son, Cha-Cha-Cha, Reparto, Rumba, Afro-Cuban movement and Bomba.
Evening programming includes multi-room socials with DJs, live music, performances and themed parties. The schedule also includes a Thursday pre-party at High Bar and a Sunday afternoon block party at Bella Abzug Park.
Baila New York is built for dancers who want more than a single social: the weekend mixes training, live music and community time across several Afro-Caribbean dance traditions. Salsa and mambo dancers can use it as a full festival weekend while also exploring Cuban, bachata and Caribbean partner-dance rooms.
Festival passes are available through the official ticketing page.
