Tropicana brings a lively Salsa and Bachata night to The Hive in Hamilton every 2nd & 4th Friday of the month with a welcoming workshop and plenty of time to dance.

The night kicks off at 7:30pm with a Bachata workshop running until 8:30pm, then rolls straight into the social from 8:30pm till late. It’s set up as a twice-a-month party on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, making it an easy one to add to the regular calendar.

Expect a mix of Salsa and Bachata throughout the party, with extra Latin flavours in the playlist and a strong focus on social dancing. The venue is known for its dance floor, and the vibe is aimed at both newer dancers and regulars who want a big, friendly night out.
