Spooky Salsa and Boochata at Pier 66

Spooky Salsa & Boo-Chata brings Halloween energy to the waterfront with a free night of salsa, bachata, and community at Pier 66 on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The evening features live Latin DJs spinning salsa, bachata, and other Latin dance favorites, plus professional dance instruction led by Sazón Dance Events, with no experience needed. After the instruction, the open dance floor keeps things moving for dancers of all ages and skill levels.

Costumes are encouraged, and the night includes a Spooky Salsa & Boo-Chata costume competition with prizes for three winners. The event is planned for both indoor and outdoor spaces, weather permitting.

Pre-registration is encouraged and attendees should plan to sign the required waiver, with drop-ins still welcome. Local food trucks will be on site, including Frelard Tamales and El Mixteco.
