Salsa 101 and 102 at Baila District are foundational courses for absolute beginners focusing on Salsa On2. These monthly progressive series emphasize partnerwork and shines, building musicality, timing, weight transfer, and basic turn techniques. No drop-ins after the first class.
Classes are offered twice weekly:
– Salsa 101: Mondays at 6:00 PM
– Salsa 102: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Both classes are prerequisites before moving onto Salsa 120 or Mambo 150.
