About this event
The Salsa Society’s Second-Friday Social is a feel-good night of Latin rhythms at Surfboat Brewery in Warriewood.
A free beginners taster class runs from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM so first-timers can quick-learn the salsa basics.
From 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM the floor opens for three hours of uninterrupted social dancing to salsa romántica, sensual bachata and the occasional merengue.
Resident DJs mix classics and contemporary tracks while nightclub lighting and a sprung floor keep the mood high-energy yet comfortable.
Surfboat Brewery’s bar downstairs serves craft beers, wine and mocktails for relaxed mid-dance breaks.
Birthday dances, mini performances and friendly partner rotation make it easy to meet the local community.
Plenty of free parking and street access mean you can arrive stress-free.
No partner is required, and all levels are welcomed with smiles.
