Sydney Salsa Classes offers a full suite of salsa lessons every Sunday at The Ridley Centre in Five Dock, covering beginner through advanced levels.
Free beginner classes are perfect for newcomers with no dance experience and emphasize foundational salsa steps in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Level 1 introduces partner dynamics, rhythm, and basic turns. At Level 2, dancers engage with traveling turns and fluid combinations, building on their prior skills. The advanced Level 3 sessions emphasize complex choreography, musical interpretation, and technique refinement, ideal for serious students ready to elevate their dancing.
Each level is taught by experienced instructors in a structured yet supportive setting. Students rotate during classes, encouraging social interaction and adaptability.
Classes are held Sunday afternoons and evenings, with up to four sequential levels offered. Bookings are required and managed through the Sydney Salsa Classes website.
