Rahim Salsa Friday is a Friday night salsa and bachata social at St. John Anglican Church on Elgin Street in downtown Ottawa.
The evening starts with an 8:00 PM salsa workshop, followed by social dancing from 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM. The June 5 edition features DJ Cayo and a salsa workshop with Shakiru from ASA Dance Production Co.
Admission is $20 for the workshop and social or $15 for social only. Clean indoor or dance shoes are required, and no partner or previous experience is needed for the lesson.
