About this event

Bachata Level 1 at Comfama Claustro San Ignacio is a 10-hour beginner course for dancers age 13 and older who want to build a strong foundation in bachata. No previous dance experience is required.

Classes meet on Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 4:59 PM. The program covers musicality, basic steps, turns, sequences, coordination, posture and styling, with an emphasis on developing greater confidence and fluidity.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes, and bring a towel and water to each class.

Participants under 14 must have a parent or guardian present at the venue during class, although the accompanying adult does not participate in the session.
