About this event
Salsa Night at Mama Ree’s is a weekly Thursday get-together hosted by Grand Valley Salsa Dance, with a welcoming mix of salsa, bachata, merengue, and cumbia.
The night begins at 7:30 PM with beginner and intermediate classes covering salsa, bachata, cumbia, and merengue, and no partner is needed. After class, the floor opens up for free social dancing at 8:30 PM, with space to practice what was just learned and keep the energy going.
Lessons are $10 ($5 for CMU students), and the social dancing is free. It’s a friendly option for first-timers who want a guided start, and also for regular dancers looking for a consistent Thursday spot.
The event runs from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM at Mama Ree’s in Grand Junction.
Important: Event times are subject to change. Always double-check with the event organizer before making plans.
