Salsa Pulse Progressive Salsa On1 Lessons gives dancers a structured way to build their salsa skills over an 8-week Spring 2026 session at Star Dance Academy in Meriden.
Classes run on Wednesdays from April 22 through June 10, with options for multiple levels. New beginner Level 1A and experienced beginner Level 1B classes meet from 6:30 PM to 7:40 PM, followed by intermediate Level 3 from 7:40 PM to 9:00 PM.
Drop-in pricing is $15 per beginner class and $20 per intermediate class. Pre-registration is also available, with 8-week individual and couples packages listed. Star Dance Academy provides a studio setting for dancers who want a progressive salsa On1 program with a clear class path.
