SAIL’n’SALSA is a group yacht adventure that pairs a week of sailing along Istria with time in Rovinj for the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival. The trip runs June 4–13, 2026, with the sailing week set for June 6–13, departing from Pula and cruising toward Rovinj.
Before the sails go up, the group meets in Opatija for beach time and relaxed dancing from June 4–6, including Salsa Rueda de Casino by the Adriatic. On board, the vibe is social and international, with a mixed playlist that includes salsa, bachata, and kizomba, plus plenty of swim stops and cove-hopping. No sailing experience is needed, as a skipper is part of the plan, but participants should be comfortable with salsa or bachata basic steps.
The group plans to sail on two yachts, capped at 24 people total, and it’s pitched as a vibrant but comfortable adventure for ages roughly 25–45. Pricing shared by the organizer is €890 per person for a yacht spot or €990 per person for the catamaran, with shared food and fuel expenses extra. Participants can join in Opatija on the morning of June 4 or meet in Pula on the morning of June 6.
This sailing week is timed to connect with the Croatian Summer Salsa Festival in Rovinj, which takes place June 8–15, 2026.
