Dancing on the Square brings a beginner-friendly Salsa and Bachata workshop and open dancing to Old Town Square in Fairfax on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
Michele Kearney of Elegant Dancing leads an hour of easy Salsa and Bachata basics at 6:30 PM. An hour of open dancing follows at 7:30 PM. The event welcomes all ages and skill levels.
The workshop and open dancing are free. Free public parking is available in Old Town Fairfax, including lots, garages, and street spaces. Commonwealth Brewing also offers a themed drink nearby before or after the event.
