Salsa Body Movement Workshop at Mambo Bones

Mambo Bones Salsa Dance Studio hosts a Salsa Body Movement Workshop in Richmond, Virginia, on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The workshop runs from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and is designed for Salsa On1 and On2 dancers who want to develop their body movement beyond basic steps.

Participants will work on chest, rib, hip, and shoulder isolations, along with fluid weight transfers to improve movement and coordination.

The workshop also includes a shine routine and partnerwork moves, giving dancers an opportunity to apply the techniques covered during the session.

Admission is $15 plus a $0.38 service fee, with tickets available online.

The workshop takes place at Mambo Bones Salsa Dance Studio in Richmond. Enter through the left side of the building to reach the ground-floor studio, then take the first door on the right.
