Embassy Row Rooftop Night in Havana Under the Stars

International Club of DC Inc. invites guests to a rooftop Night in Havana Under the Stars at The Ven at Embassy Row on Friday, August 7, 2026, blending salsa lessons, live music, and easy mingling.

The evening begins at 7:00 PM with admission and a beginner-friendly salsa lesson, designed for newcomers and returning dancers alike—no partner or prior experience needed. After the lesson, the night opens up into social dancing under the stars with a live Latin band performing music inspired by Havana, with the Washington skyline as the backdrop.

Cocktails and other drinks will be available for purchase, with mojitos offered while supplies last. Cocktail attire is requested, and the event is geared toward meeting and networking with friendly, internationally minded professionals—great for coming solo or with friends.

Tickets are $35 for the lesson and social, or $25 for just the social, and the event runs until 10:30 PM. The venue is about a block from the Dupont Circle Metro, and limited valet parking may be available on a first-come basis.
