Baila Con Dover Latin Festival 2026

The 4th Annual Baila Con Dover Latin Festival returns on Saturday, August 29, 2026 for a free, family-friendly day of Latin music, dance, culture, and community. Hosted by H.O.L.A. – Hispanic Organization of Latin Americans, the celebration takes over Legislative Mall in Dover with performances, entertainment, and plenty of reasons to stay all day.

Festival-goers can dance along to salsa, bachata, merengue, and more, with a lineup that includes Michael Stuart, Grupo Hipnosis, Rossie Treviño, DJ KIKO, Bomberos de la Calle, Rueda Renegades, Los Aztecas, and additional performers. Beyond the stage, the day also features a car show, a Kids Zone, cultural exhibits, food and merchandise vendors, a domino tournament, Zumba, and the Baila Con Dover Talent Show finals.

It runs from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and everyone is welcome to bring family and friends and celebrate unity through culture, music, and dance.
