About this event
Vaasa dancers can use this Sunday course as a clear first step into salsa and bachata. The program is aimed at beginners, so no previous dance experience is needed, and Dalloul Bassel and Mayss teach both dances side by side through shared partnerwork ideas.
Classes meet at Funkkistalo from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Alma offers the same beginner-friendly couples format in both fall and spring term blocks, giving dancers two registration options for the 2026-2027 academic year. Participants register individually and name their dance partner; dancers without a partner can contact Salsa Vaasa before signing up.
The fall block runs from September 13 to November 22, 2026, and the spring block runs from January 10 to March 21, 2027. Each block has one skipped Sunday, and the course fee is 76 euros per block.
