Each edition combines afternoon workshops with an evening Fiesta Cubana, giving dancers the opportunity to learn, practice, and then enjoy several hours of social dancing. Classes typically explore Cuban styles such as Son and Casino, with instructors and workshop themes varying by edition.

After the workshops, the dance floor opens for the Fiesta Cubana, featuring DJs and a lively mix of Cuban music, salsa, son, timba, and rumba.

Several ticket options are usually available, including packages combining workshops and the party, individual classes, and party-only admission. Advance and early bird rates may also be offered depending on the edition.
