International Latin Dance Night

International Latin Dance brings “Latin & International Rhythm Night” with Caro Contento to Joiful Yoga in Atlanta on Friday, May 8, 2026.

Guests can expect a fun, welcoming evening of movement, rhythm, and community connection. The night begins with a warm-up focused on discovering the body, moving the shoulders and hips, and releasing tension. Throughout the evening, attendees will explore Latin and international rhythms from around the world in a joyful, mindful setting.

No dance experience is needed, and the event is designed for everyone. Participants are invited to enjoy the music, stay present in the moment, and connect with their bodies through dance, energy, and expression.

The event runs from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Admission is $20 per person.
