Auténtico: Bachata Dominicana & Salsa Cubana

Auténtico brings Bachata Dominicana and Salsa Cubana together in Berlin on September 26, 2026. Workshops begin at 12 PM at A Compás Studio, with Bachata intermediate sessions from 12-1 PM and 1-2 PM.

A social break runs from 2-2:30 PM, followed by beginner Bachata from 2:30-3:30 PM. Salsa beginner runs from 3:30-4:30 PM, another break continues from 4:30-5 PM, and Salsa intermediate runs from 5-6 PM.

At 9 PM, the event moves to Johnny’s Bar for a pre-party workshop and party. The four-workshop Bachata Dominicana track and Salsa Cubana program emphasize cultural context and authentic Caribbean and Afro-rooted forms.

Regular passes cost €30 for the beginner-friendly track, €40 for Salsa, €50 for Bachata, or €60 for a Full Pass. Early-bird prices started at €20 before the June 30 deadline. Johnny’s serves Caribbean and Latin food, cocktails, beer and wine, and both venues are close to public transport.
