The 8th Festivalito is a personal salsa and bachata festival weekend in Leipzig, taking place from 13 to 15 November 2026. Over three days and two nights, it combines intensive learning during the day with social dancing in the evening — including a Welcome Party and the big Saturday gala.

The program includes workshops on salsa, mambo, bachata, reparto, afro, kizomba, and more, with a selection of at least 30 workshops for different levels. In the evenings, dancing takes place on three floors, and the salsa and bachata parties come together in one weekend. New this year: At the gala there will be two salsa floors, so different musical preferences can be accommodated even better.

Star guests announced are Raymon Rodriguez aka Raymon Way (Cuba) and Karolyn Aloma (Cuba/Hamburg); additional teachers and hostesses are also listed. Several ticket options are described: Festival pass price tier from 1 November 2026 for 109 euros (10 euros discount possible with promo code) as well as on-site from 13 November 2026 — if places are still available — for 119 euros. In addition, a party pass for the Welcome Party and Festivalito Gala including pre-party workshops on both evenings (50 euros), a workshop package for three selected workshops (49 euros), and individual workshops on site depending on capacity (19 euros) are offered.

Since tickets depend on remaining room capacity, early planning is worthwhile for anyone looking for a compact, welcoming festival with lots of dance time and a focus on learning.
