Latin Dance Hawaii Salsa Lessons

Latin Dance Hawaii offers three progressive salsa classes every Wednesday evening at Aloha Dancesport Center in Honolulu, with options ranging from foundational technique to beginner partnerwork and more advanced material.

The evening schedule includes:

6:00–7:00 PM – Fundamentals of Styling & Spinning (Level 1)
A fundamentals class focused on developing styling, spinning technique, balance, and control.

7:00–8:15 PM – Salsa 101
An eight-week beginner salsa cycle designed for brand-new dancers and those building a strong foundation in salsa.

8:15–9:30 PM – Salsa 102
The next step in Latin Dance Hawaii’s progressive salsa program, covering partnerwork, turn technique, timing, flow, and combinations. Completion of Salsa 101 or equivalent experience is required.

Classes are held in Aloha Dancesport Center’s air-conditioned studio with a purpose-built dance floor. The Wednesday program gives dancers a structured path to build their technique and progress from salsa fundamentals into more advanced partnerwork.
