About this event
After-Work Salsa-Bachata Open-Air Dance & Picnic is a Friday evening outdoor social at Budapest Garden of Philosophy. The summer series runs from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM through August 28, 2026.
The music includes Cuban timba, Peruvian salsa, Colombian and Puerto Rican salsa romántica, and one or two bachata tracks per hour. Salsa Cubanismo Tánciskola and ¿AlgoMás? also host guided ruedas and animations during the evening.
Admission is a 500 HUF contribution toward costs. Guests should bring their own food and drinks; there are no toilets at the event site, though facilities are available a few hundred metres away in Tabán.
