About this event
Salsa Sundays at Zimmer Studios is a Sunday salsa workshop and social-dance session at Zimmer Studios, a dance studio in the Velachery/Tharamani area of Chennai.
The workshop has beginner and improver salsa levels. The beginner level covers basic foot movements, a basic turn, partner connection, cross-body lead, musical counts, and an introduction to social dancing. The improver level adds turn patterns, hammer lock, cross-body lead variations, musicality, and social dancing.
The event is 18+. A partner is not required, and improver participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and bring clean shoes, heels, or socks for class.
Important: Event times are subject to change. Always double-check with the event organizer before making plans.
