About this event
Media Ram Cubam Salsa is a weekly, free Cuban salsa night on the Hebrew University’s Givat Ram campus, created by salsa lovers for salsa lovers.
The evening starts at 8:30 PM with a welcoming Cuban salsa class that’s designed for absolute beginners as well as anyone who wants a friendly refresher. No previous dance experience is needed, and there’s no need to come with a partner.
After the class, the night flows into a social dance party where everyone can practice, meet new people, and keep the energy going together. It runs until 12:00 AM, making it an easy late-evening hangout for students, locals, and anyone who wants a low-pressure way to get into Cuban salsa.
It takes place inside the Hebrew University’s Givat Ram campus, in the Goodman Building at the Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Brain Sciences (ELSC). Getting there is straightforward via the L3 light rail line to Hebrew Park Station, or by taking any bus line that enters the campus.
